The Komachi Tomato knife is serrated to easily cut through the smooth and resilient skin of tomatoes. The fork on the end of the blade makes it easy to pick up sliced tomatoes or cheese. This knife comes with a matching protective sheath/stand.

The Pure Komachi knives by Kershaw Shun may be lightweight, but they are certainly not lightweights in the kitchen. The knives feature razor sharp high-carbon stainless steel blades with a fluorinated-resin coating. The colorful coating resists corrosion and helps to keep foods from sticking to the blade. The colors also help to identify the purpose of each knife to reduce cross contamination.
