American Classic Tea It's an honor to live in the White House for four years, but American Classic Tea has been in residency since 1987 when it became the official tea of the White House. American Classic is grown on Wadmalaw Island, SC, and is the only tea grown in the US. We just like it because it makes the best sweet tea around!
