Carolina Plantation Grits Grown on the banks of the Pee Dee River in Darlington, SC, and stone-ground the old fashioned way, these grits are rich and creamy. Carolina Plantation grits are coarse ground between the granite stones of an antique mill and packaged in a 2 lb bag. We like to make grit cakes and serve them with a shrimp gravy.
